Olde Islandic Rune Poem
Written onto parchment in the late fifteenth century, but preserving oral lore from a much earlier time: Each rhyme, giving complex esoteric mysteries for meditational insight, is followed by a one word Latin translation and an Olde Norsk word or phrase for "chieftain" to better understand the ingenious ideological content. Because of the similarities between this poem and the Norsk version it can be deduced that the two come from the same origin, possibly an Eldar Futhark poem that now is lost to us.
